1. Booking Cancellations
- Cancellation by the Customer:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled departure will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled departure are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Kumb Luxury Tour:
- In rare cases where a tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), customers will be offered a choice of a full refund or rescheduling for an alternative date.
2. Non-Refundable Components
Certain components of your booking, such as permits, hotel bookings, or third-party activities, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly mentioned during the booking process.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Any transaction or processing fees incurred during the payment will not be refunded.
4. Changes to the Itinerary
- By the Customer:
- Changes to the itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Refunds for canceled activities within the itinerary are not guaranteed.
- By Kumb Luxury Tour:
- If changes are made to the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances, we will offer suitable alternatives or partial refunds for any unfulfilled services.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear on the day of departure or check-in without prior communication will result in the booking being considered a no-show, and the payment will be non-refundable.
